Your round starts with a straightaway Par 5, offering a birdie opportunity with a solid drive. A short iron or wedge approach to a typically undulating green should avoid the left side, as any miss left risks kicking into the small greenside pond.

The first of four straight holes over water, this short Par 3 features two distinctly different greens – a shallow, raised green on the right brings the water more into play, while the small, flat, crowned surface on the left offers some room to miss short.

A short risk-reward hole that may tempt big hitters to go for the green with their tee shot, but the smart play is a mid iron to your favorite wedge distance, and an approach over water to a tricky, shallow green.

A great Par 3 that will test your iron play – distance control to this large, two-tiered putting surface is critical, and a miss on either side risks ending up in a watery grave. Par is a great score here.

A great birdie opportunity! A tee shot down the left side will avoid the tree on the right, and allow a wedge or short iron into a green that slopes from back to front. Make sure you’re below the hole on this crowned green.

A straight, medium length Par 4 with a large, two tiered green that will reward approach shots on the proper level. Like most holes at Cream Ridge, distance control is vital.

The #1 handicap hole requires a tee shot either short, or to the right side of the fairway in order to avoid the water hazard. The challenging approach is to a large, elevated green with sand left and a drop off short and right. Make a four here, and you’ve done well.

This long, straight Par 5 will require three solid shots to reach one of the most challenging greens on the golf course – a crowned, two tiered surface. As with most greens here, being on the proper level is vital.

A long, tough dogleg right from the back tees, and a straight, medium length hole from the white tees, it is essential to be below the hole on this very tricky green that slopes hard from back to front, and towards the water.

Favor the right side with your tee shot to avoid the out of bounds left of the fairway, and you’ll have a short iron approach to a very deep green that is plateaued in back, and sharply canted from back to front, and right to left. Distance control is paramount.

The signature hole at Cream Ridge is a 180 yard Par 3 to an undulated green that slopes from back to front. Make sure to take enough club to reach the green, as the false front will prevent any short shot from reaching the surface.

The longest Par 4 on the course at 440 yards, a tee shot down the right side is best, staying clear of out of bounds left. A precise approach is necessary to this crowned green.

A good tee shot down the left center is ideal, and will clear the hill, providing a level lie for a short to mid iron into this tiny, sharply canted green. Again, keep your approach below the hole to have the best chance of making birdie here.

A solid tee shot between the trees is necessary to reach the top of the hill, and allow a flat lie for the short iron approach to this green guarded by bunkers on both sides.

Make sure you take enough club to carry the deep bunker front and left of the green, which is partially blind from the tee. Club selection is critical to this large, deep green. Three is a great score here!

The closing hole is a classic risk-reward Par 5. With the iconic tree now history, the safe play is still a tee shot up the left side, and a mid iron layup for a wedge shot into this tricky, undulating green. A bolder tee shot down the right side will shorten the hole was well as providing the best angle for a second shot approach to this deep green guarded front and right by water. Anything from eagle to "other" is possible!
